Unfortunately, Beethoven didn’t compose for guitar, but for the luck of the guitarists, the guitarist and composer Miquel Llobet did some great arrangements of some selected works.

I recorded the beginning of the second movement of the “Appassionata” Sonata n.23 op.57.

It’s always difficult to express in words what an ineffable work of art as a piece of music produces in you, but somehow this excerpt transmits me some kind of calmed deep and broad feeling that I somehow relate to the abstract beauty and harmony of the human, the humanity and even the universe. It has always been one of my favorites. This work is really Big!
